Outstanding Performance Excellent Results

My experience with Ken Gibson started when my husband (type 1 Diabetic) was involved in a car accident and was taken to jail in the middle of the night. I was frantic and didn't know what to do so I called to leave a phone message and emailed several attorneys. Ken Gibson was the only attorney that called me back. Our immediate concern was making sure my husband's insulin needs were taken care of in the jail, which Ken did. My husband and I knew that Ken was the attorney we wanted to use. We found Ken to be a very down to earth person and an excellent attorney that helped us achieve the outcome we hoped for. I would strongly recommend Ken should you need an attorney.

Misleading and NEVER heard from Ken after I paid him. I spoke with his assistant every time I called or would get a call back. He didn't even show up on my court date. He sent someone else that I'd never met before. Didn't get the outcome he said he was "sure" he could get. I probably could have gotten the same outcome had I represented myself. Waste of money!

Ken and his staff were extremely responsive and prompt in their dealings with me. They got my case dismissed in an efficient and discrete manner. I found Ken's entire office to be extremely attentive, and more importantly, the end result of my case was in my favor.



They kept me in the loop when decisions needed to be made, or things were happening with my case, and most of all, they attended court dates every 30-60 days for over 4 years while various motions were under advisement. After I had to miss work to attend the first 2 court appearances, they fought to allow me to be excluded from the court dates unless something important was actually going to occur.



So, not only did the money I spent ultimately result in a not guilty verdict, it also prevented me from missing 5-10 days of work per year (which would have been most if not all of my available vacation time in any given year). Well worth the money in my book.



I hope that I never have friends in a position where I have to recommend Ken as a resource, but if it happens, I wouldn't hesitate at all to highly recommend Ken or his staff.

Ken Gibson doesn't provied your case the attention he claimes he will. I initially met with him, we set up a payment plan, and I didn't hear from him until the time of my hearing. When I called his office, his assissant returned my calls saying I would be informed when there was valuable information. I wasn't informed about the results, the standing, my license suspension...I wasn't informed about anything. Ken Gibson is a big waste of money and he can go f*ck himself.
