These people truly should NOT be in the dry cleaning business! And, if they continue doing a really bad job on people's clothing AND giving very poor service, then I'm sure they won't be for much longer!



Attention all Law Enforcement Officers: DO NOT TAKE YOUR UNIFORMS IN!!!!! They did such a bad job on my uniform and would not refund the money. They said that all the really bad marks and wrinkles left on my uniform was from the pressing machine. When asked why they didn't go over it with an iron, they replied that THEY DID NOT HAVE AN IRON! What type of dry cleaner wouldn't have an iron to do spot touches? And what type of business owner would let a product leave their store in such horrible shape? My dog could have done a better job ironing my uniform! Not only did they act like there was nothing wrong w/ the job they did, but they would not refund the money. They did say that they would give a credit. Like I'd want any more clothing messed up. OH YEAH--and to top it off, my uniform was promised 2 days after it was dropped off, and when we tried to pick it up THREE days later, (the day AFTER it was PROMISED) it wasn't ready!



So, to recap---horrible service, clothing not cleaned properly (left wrinkled), not ready when promised, and no refund.
