Residences at the Triangle

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.... There is nothing good to say about living here except the location. The buildings are basically run like off campus housing. There have been incidents of dogs defecating in the hallways, students puking all over the place and not to mention constant puddles of dog urine.There were 16 car windows busted out in a span of 3 weeks, and the management did nothing to secure the garage, until complaints were filed with the parent company and the news stations were standing by for interviews.The amount of rent is expensive for Austin, and it is not pleasant to smell dog feces and urine all the way to your apartment from the garage. You can't use the green space because the dog owners will not clean up after their dogs.Consider buying a house, before you rent here, as it will be much, much cheaper and a great deal healthier.
