I have dealt with Reed for years. They are efficient and provide great customer service. They will shop rates for you based on what coverage you want and provide you with many options to choose from. I highly recommend this company!

Do not do business with this insurance company. The company do not communicate effective with their clients. My checking account was debited unexpectedly for a down payment on a home insurnce policy renewal. I immediately contacted Frontier General Insurance Agency regarding the unauthorized debit. I was told that my Insurance Agent was sent the renewal documentation about 30 days ago. The renewal paperwork was never mailed to my home address or email. I immediately emailed Stacey Reed and she was very rude about the entire situation. Scott Reed office NEVER sent the renewal paperwork which stated my account would be debited as of May 1st, 2012. Then to make matters worst my checking account was overdrawn and I asked Scott Reed office to cover the overdraft since the overdraft was caused by their office. Stacey said absolutely not. At that very moment Scott Reed Insurance lost my business. Beware and do business at your own risk!!!!!!!
