The staff is very knowledgeable—they’re well aware of the anti inflammatory effects of CBD oil and have many different products that I use for pain management. They can tell you what products are best for your pain and even the dosage you should start at. I also visit because I have a vest I decorate with pins! They always remember that and they’ll throw in a couple for free. I got a Metallica “Ride the Lightning” poster for my teenage son, that I introduced to that band’s music there, and they have all of the cool toys that you used to only find at Toy Joy (gone) and they have candy that I hadn’t seen in decades—those hard candies with fizzy stuff inside—and when I told them they had been my favorite candy, they gave me a package for free (I put the money in their tip jar instead). My oldest son is finally old enough to vote, and I was able to pick up a voter registration card for him from there. They have a good selection of products for smoking plus incense that every teenager thinks they can fool their parents with…or their kids. It’s not like a bunch of stoned people hanging out ignoring everyone but each other. It’s such a friendly atmosphere that’s such a change from places where they just want to get your money and get you out. And because of how much they know about pain and CBD oil benefits, they have saved me of having to take opioid meds that are very addictive and very dangerous (opioids can relax your muscles to the point where you stop breathing—and doctors often prescribe them along with muscle relaxers)

The 11657 Research Blvd Austin, TX 78759 location SUCKS... they lack in customer service and their return policy is non existent even if the product was not used and you have the receipt and original bag. Eric the manager lacks in customer service skill. Overall, they prices are high and lack in products. I dont' recommend this store. Buyer be ware.... I will post on yelp, twitter, call BBB and file a claim and blog and post.
