Perception Fitness

I have been using Ashly Dunn, of Perception Fitness, for 5 months now and love it! Ashly is very encouraging and has helped me achieve goals I never thought I would. I was never one who wanted to work out, but now I actually miss it if a week goes by and I don't get all my time in. I credit that to Ashly and her ability to motivate without the uncomfortable pressures I have felt at some chain gyms. I have already lost 17 lbs. with her guidance and know I have found a fitness buddy for life.

I can't express how grateful I am to Perception Fitness and it's founder Ashly Dunn! I started working out with Ashly in February (a month before my 40th bday) and by August I had lost 30lbs! Not only have i lost 32lbs to date, but I've kept it off! Ashly has educated me about working out (I've never worked out in my life) and nutrition as well. Even though I no longer train with Ashly, I pick up the tools that she gave me and use them in my daily life! I am only 7 lbs away from my goal of 135 and am almost back to my old self! I can HIGHLY recommend Perception Fitness! I am not self motivated when it comes to exercise, so when Ashly would text me at 6am and tell me to do 25 crunches and hold the plank for 30 seconds, even though I was cussing her, I did it and it has paid off! She goes above and beyond with all her clients and treats each of us as if though we are her only one paying specialized, personal attention! She will create a work out just for you and you can trust her advise and guidance to a healthy, beautiful body. Not only this.....SHE'S AFFORDABLE! She has great start up specials and I hope all you ladies take advantage and change your lives!
