My son had a chipped tooth and needed to get in for an emergency appointment. Dr. Amsili was able to fit him in during his lunch hour! I was so pleased with the care they provided my son and I. The staff was so understanding and friendly and Dr. Amsili was great! We will definitely be returning for my entire family's dental care.

I was recently a new patient to Omni Dental. I found the front desk very pleasant & helpful. The Doctor & his assistants were also very friendly. I will be coming back.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. When you come in you are immediately greeted. For those people like me when I first started I had a fear or uneasy feeling ,but not anymore.:)

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!! My veneers looks amazing and I owe it to the team at Omni Dental Group for their amazing work! I have had nothing but great experiences with this practice. I typically get my cleanings done at the Jollyville location and had my veneers done at they Hymeadow location. Omni Dental Group does it all and it's quality dental work I can trust. I will continue to be a patient for life!

Dr. Hanson the Endondontist was great worked me into his schedule today got me out of pain. They took my weird insurance. Great group of guys.

I didn't like or enjoy getting a root canal, but the office was really nice, the staff friendly and Dr. Steven Hanson made the whoe process painless. 5 STARS for this group of doctors.

It sounds silly, but I love the candles in the lobby. It makes the visit seem, not so sterile, gives the office a warm and inviting feel.

Dr, Marc Amsili and his staff are wonderful. I absolutely LOVED that Dr.Amsili, himself, spent a substantial amount of time with me and went over all aspects of the examination (which was incredibly thorough). I felt at ease asking Dr. Amsili, questions and he answered every query that I had. When you are booked for an appointment with the hygienist, you are booked for one hour so there is no rushing around. Cleaning is customized to your dental needs. Upon my departure, all of the follow up work that I need was explained as well as what my insurance would reimburse. Every option was detailed in a packet that I was sent with and my next routine cleaning appointment was also scheduled. I LOVED THIS PRACTICE! Highly professional and the best patient care/customer service experience that I have received from a medical/dental professional/practice EVER. I would recommend Omni Dental Group at Hymeadow to everyone I know.

Rcently I had been experiencing some anxiety when it came to making a dental appointment. I saw the reviews online and decided to give Omni dental Group a try. Boy, am I glad I did! I had an absolutely amazing experience. The front desk was kind and helpful.



The staff there is top notch. I was checked in by a very nice receptionist Valarie and was asked to relax before the dental assistant wascalling me back. I only waited about 5 minutes and Marvin came to get me.



He first showed me around the entire office and introduced me to everyone she saw. He then asked me about my dental history and we talked about my recent anxiety. He was absolutely wonderful, charming, and gentle when it came to the x-rays the and the rest of the appointment.

They always remember my name at the jolly white office. It makes me feel important and a priority to them. It's the little things that keep me coming back! :)

Talk about personal follow up! From the moment I walked through the door the care I received was incredible. It had been a while since my last visit to the dentist, so not only did the doctor take care of immediate need, he gave me a clear understanding of my immediate problem and a complete treatment plan to get my teeth healthy again. The day following my treatment, the doctor called to check on me just to make sure that I was doing well! I can see why he has been selected as a top dentist in Austin Texas many times over! Just plain good folks and good care I was very happy hope you are also!

The office staff are not the only incompetent people there. I had a crown put on & the dentist botched the job. I asked for my money back & was told I would get it but never did. Several months later, because of pain, I was forced to have it redone elsewhere. Because my insurance had already paid on that tooth, they would not pay again. I now have to pay three times what I paid Omni, all out of pocket to get this corrected. I checked with the BBB & they have many complaints on this place. I repeat "Stay Away".

I wouldn't recomend this place to my worst enemies. The front office staff are rude and could care less about providing the slightest bit of customer service. They have no idea how to use the financing service that they provide as the only alternative to paying in full. There are alot of very expensive procedures out there and this place would rather loose business then lift a finger to help. I don't know about you but dental offices can be a scary place for some, I found no comforting or caring health care professionals here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Omni Dental told me that I needed to see a specialist for a dental Procedure that any Dentist could preform. I needed to have Dentures and when given a choice between Valplast and regular Metal Dentures, I asked about the price. I was told that there was no difference in the price. I of course went for the Valplast only to find out later through my Insurance company that I was being overcharged. When I confronted Omni about the over charges. They refused to give me a refund and wouldn't let anyone else perform the procedure.
