I recently bought my daughters first car with Drew Field at Life Erickson. My wife actually went there initially and upon meeting Drew she said “we need to buy a car from this guy!“ He was cordial and helpful and when I spoke to him later he filled me in on all the questions that I had. We decided to get her the Ford Bronco Sport ( I had a 1969 Bronco in high school ) and got it last week. They then got us excellent financing which I didn’t think could beat RBFCU, but it did. I highly recommend this dealership!

Horrible.. bought a truck there , within a week the check engine light comes on. They promise to fix it and 2 months later still nothing .

Absolutely awful service. You couldn't pay me to take my car back there. It's bee sitting in the service lot for five days and no one has even bothered to look at it yet. No one has called me with updates on my car and every time I call in, I'm told they'll get to it the next day. If that weren't enough, they also won't give me a loaner car, so I'm just out a car until whenever they feel like getting around to it. Ridiculous.

LEIF JOHNSON FORD - I was going to let people know what a sorry dealership and product this is but it seems after looking at all the other reviews that I need to get in line behind all the other negative reviews. When I picked up my new Ford Explorer the navigation, Sirius, AM and FM radio didn't work and it took months to finally get repaired. Now my splashguard keeps falling off from the bottom of the bumper and I have taken it back multiple times and they put it back on but it falls off before I get home. Finally got Ford Motor Company involved . . . no help at all they protect their dealers. I guess the only thing now is to hire an attorney. The service department is dirty and an unorganized group of individuals who treat you like you are beneath their pay grade. If considering a Ford, go somewhere else even if it cost more your time is worth more. In a nut shell, Sales delivers cars without checking them out and Service is rude and can't repair the car or they don't know how AND Ford Motor Co. will not help you out!

Leif Johnson Ford sold us a lemon and told nothing but lies to get us into the car. We paid good money for a used car with only 36,000 miles on it. We were told they did a full inspection on the car in addition to servicing it. We were also told it came in from another dealership just a few days prior, which we later learned was a lie, as it was purchased at an auction instead.



After having the car for only four months and putting just 2,000 miles on it- the car completely died and needs to have the engine replaced. It was determined that the oil was nothing but sludge, indicating that it had never been changed. Leif Johnson Ford did not in fact inspect the car as they claimed to. Yet another lie.



Corporate GMC agreed to replace the engine for a $500 deductible, even though their policy states that they don't cover neglect. However, they knew it was the previous owner, and not us that neglected it. They did the right thing for the customer which is something Leif Johnson should learn from. We asked them to pay the $500 deductible and Chuck wouldn't even entertain the idea. We were told we had 7-days to return the car and after that it's our problem.



I guess I shouldn't be surprised that Leif Johnson Ford doesn't stand behind their products when they were more than happy to sell me a bad product to begin with. They had the opportunity to make this right, just as GMC did, by taking care of the $500 deductible, but decided that a satisfied customer isn't worth the money.

The Sales Manager and Finance Manager at dealership off of 183 North and McNeil are AWESOME!!! At first they weren't gonna be able to get us into my 2011 Ford Fusion that I wanted. But after all the calls back and forth, they finally got me into it! I will for sure continue going to this dealership to get all my vehicles from!! Thanks Cory Rebman & Jason Barnett (sales person) for everything you did to get me into the car I have always wanted!!!!!!!!

because they are knuckle dragging, club weilding cavemen! I went in for an oil change, and left without one. I went to get my standard $15 oil change. The service ASSociate I dealt with was a lying sexist creep, he tried to strong arm me into an upgrade that my car didn't need. I tried to tell him several times during his ongoing speech that the car didn't need anything different, and every time he would say "no, no, no you don't understand." So I told him that I would call my husband, and see what he thought. I had no more than picked up my phone when the associate started getting offended and defensive. That's when I drove away without an oil change. A truely great way to start the day, with a big old cup of sexism!

After reviewing 2010 Fusion Hybrids and test driving the car at sister dealership (Riata Ford in Manor), I contacted Internet Sales at Leif Johnson for the exact same car (same VIN). Mike Fritts is the person to go to. He gave me a good price ($300 cheaper than Riata), was EXTREMELY nice, and completed the deal quickly--no hassles and no hidden charges, dealer upgrades, etc. I had no finance, but Finance mgr seemed bored with the process and gave terse replies to questions. Usual for him but not for us, so I wanted to read everything I signed. This didn't upset him, but he wanted to get finished quickly, and blew off answers to questions. After all, they took 3-4 hours to complete buying paperwork. Very slow. Why??? I paid cash! Mike took us through car details (as required by Ford), and even helped me get Nav system upgraded (not necessary, up to date with Navteq). Mike has been a gem. I would recommend him highly for Internet sales for best price. Dealership itself is ratty, offering no free coffee or anything else. If you have to wait, you are stuck in a worn seat in a subpar area for customers. Pretty crappy compared to other dealers
