Kiefer's Cafe & Catering

First off let me state that their food is very good and I have been a regular customer for the two years I have known about them. Which is why I was SHOCKED at how I was treated when a problem they created came up. They charged me $101 instead of $10. No problem accidents happen. They voided it and warned me that the charge may still go through. It did and was pulled from my acct. I called them to assist me in getting the charge reversed to no avail. I called my bank who said they could return the money if Kiefer's gave them an approval code verbally Otherwise they could not even begin disputing the charge for 96 hours. Not only did they refuse but they were rude as hell about it. I had the bank on the phone! All they had to do was speak to them and confirm! It cost me an hour of time from work to fix the mess (without Kiefer's cooperation). I will never take my business there again. Obviously they could care less if they lose a customer.
