Just Trees

We were Very Happy with the Service - We needed our trees cut back for our wedding in June 2012. We went with Just trees and found them to be very professional and efficient. They did hall away the logs and clean up the mess and there were no issue during the work, so all in all we were very happy with the service and appreciate their effort.

We've used Just Trees four times now in the last 10 years. Actually at two different properties. And every time they listened and examined the problem, gave us a professional yet affordable quote and we hired them on the spot. This is not the type of contractor you want to cut corners on, people and property can be seriously effected if something goes wrong. So we've always gone for safety and quality over cheapness. And we've never regretted hiring Just Trees for one second.

Well we also got hit pretty hard by that last wind storm. Everything from big limbs on multiple trees to a whole tree fell over exposing its roots and a big hole in the ground. It looked like they shot a fight scene of Clash of the Titans or Godzilla right here on our property. As this expense was unexpected, we had to get the most professional help for the most reasonable price. Both being equally important. Of the bid we got there was no problem choosing Just Trees in terms of the right equipment, staff and professional attitude with was validated in their work ethic. So hopefully our insurance claim pays, but either way i know we got the best deal on the best service we could have, so I know we came out ahead. Thank You Just Trees.

The day before our wedding in our new back yard of our new home we took some damage to our trees due to a windy rain storm. My wife was coming unglued and we need help fast. At the recommendation of a friend we called Just Trees, they had a huge crew really working hard & fast so that the caters coming the next morning to set-up tents, food and entertainment would not be hindered. It was unexpected, and it was as last minute as it gets, but Markus Smith of Just Trees understood the pressure I was under and even cut me a little deal as a wedding present. In hindsight I was so fully fortunate to have Just Trees to come to the rescue and save our wedding...

Job well done :) Just Trees did a fabulous job removing two large pecan trees & a large oak tree, along with trimming another oak all at an extremely reasonable price ! Not only that, while they were there doing the contracted work, they also trimmed up a queen palm and did a stump grind on an old stump in the yard at no extra cost ! They were professional, efficient very friendly and extremely prompt ! Would recommend them to anyone!! In fact, I am ! Thanks guys for a job well done !! ...

These guys are clearly very organized and efficient. Their bid was very competitive but not cheap, meaning they showed up with the right equipment to do the job correctly the first time, safely, as oppose to one guy showing up with a chain saw and a latter. When they left the place was cleaned up and the problem was solved. In the future we won't bother getting quotes from others, we'll just call Markus or his wife Kirsten and they'll send out one of their crews lickety-split.

Fantastic - is that a good review ? Ok how about Fast, friendly, efficient, smart & otherwise highly professional - is that a good ? Ok well they showed up, checked in with me, got right to work, finished in a very short time, the dead tree is now gone, they cleaned up they're work area, and were down the road in about 2 hours. Money well Spent.

What can I say, Just Trees is an invaluable service to our area when you must have professional, highest quality tree work of any kind done safely and without any problems. These guys have come to our aid on 3 occasions now and the result are always the same. Done right the first time without unreasonable costs and they are very fast too. That's an invaluable service that's an asset to our community.

I wish I could upload a photo of our gigantic tree limb sticking out out of the top of our garage just so I could illustrate the conditions Just Trees worked under to help us recover from our situation. This was not your average tree trimming job as we were concerned about doing any more damage, as well as being safe in the process of removing the several hundred pounds of tree limb from our roof. We're hoping insurance will pay for the roof repair, but we're grateful to Just Trees for their professional skill-set... Everything when as well as could be hoped for, no more damage occurred, and they even helped to secure a tarp over the hole just until we can get it fixed. We have nothing but praises for them and would absolutely use them again should the need arise.

Just Trees Sets New Standards in Tree Services, they came to our rescue and did a stellar job of it in the process. From start to finish these guys worked with the direction and purpose i would if i were doing the job myself. Not to say i could do their job, but I feel if your going to do something you should do it right, and that idea was clearly visible in their work. I appreciate the very competitive rate which was only compounded by their professionalism, and they cleaned up too :) Very Positive Experience. :)

When I needed extensive tree work done I called Just Trees. I then called three other companies to bid on the job. Not only was JustTrees the best priced, but they were the most helpful and knowledgeable when evaluating the job. Once I hired them and the guys came out they were a totally professional. Great job cleaning up. Next time I need tree work Markus will be the only one I call ...

Affordable Excellence in Tree Service, Just Trees have been taking care of the trees on my property for over 10 years. Markus is a trained Arborist and is extremely knowledgeable. He has shown himself to be a trustworthy and prompt person who only has the homeowners interests at heart. He has trimmed, removed and ground many a tree for me over the years and I would never consider using any other company. If you are in need of a tree service company, I would highly recommend Markus Smith and Just Trees.

I called to get a bid to trim and clean up some trees around our house. Markus from JustTrees was quick to respond and gave me the best price for the work he was quoting. Another was a little less but he was not planning to do as good a job as just trees quoted. Markus was very knowledgeable about oak wilt and showed me how to protect my trees. After his team finished it was an AMAZING difference how they transformed our yard including cleaning up their work-site. I highly recommend Just Trees !

Real Professionals comes to mind. Money well spent as well. We received a thank you card asking us to leave our feedback. Wow - These people really set the bar high... Their work was impeccable and their rates were not the most. They took care of everything and we recommend them highly.

JustTrees came to our Rescue when the storm knocked down a bunch of tree limbs. We thought we could handle it until we realized that was a crazy idea. So we called Just Trees and they broke the job into smaller pieces and ultimately cleaned up the yard of the whole mess.

Markus came by, did a thorough job of evaluting our trees and yard, provided excellent guidance on not doing too much all at once and his crew did a great job of pruning our trees. They have followed up with a fertilization program and did a great job of grinding stumps from trees they removed as well as old stumps. Our yard and trees looked great after they finished.

I have used Just Trees on two occasions, the first time in January 2007 to remove two trees that were dying and plant Monterrey Oaks in their place. The job went very well and 20 months later the trees look great. In September 2008 I used Just Trees again to take out a dead tree as well as prune a large pecan tree. Their workers were considerate, knowledgeable, and safety conscious. The removed the dead tree, removed all the debris and cleaned up after the work. Same for the pruning job. I was completely satisfied with the work.

I've used Just Trees several times, and have always had a good experience. Markus is extremely knowledgeable, and I like his conservative approach to tree trimming. Most recently, my husband and I hired Just Trees to remove a tree that was broken in the recent storms and was threatening to fall on our house. They responded quickly, did a great job, and cleaned up afterward. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I submitted a request on their website for an appointment to get an estimate. Someone returned my call the next day, and left a voicemail with an appointment time. When I called back to confirm the appointment, the person who answered my call was not at the office and couldn't confirm. Hoping that the appointment was still on, I waited for them to show up. They never came and no one called me back.

Just Trees destroyed the hedges that gave my backyard privacy. I came home to find an unsupervised group on non-english speaking works in the process of chopping my hedges back to the bare limbs.



Just trees offered to "make it right". After over a year of following up with them to "make it right" they have done nothing so I am writing this review to save anyone else I can from having their trees and shrubs destroyed by these hacks.
