I had just gotten a lot of remodeling done at my home and had a garage full of junk (not to mention a few bedrooms with furniture that I couldn't even get down to my garage). I had seen the lime green Junkbuster truck in traffic and decided to give them a try. Scheduling everything was very easy, and the woman that took care of me on the phone was very polite and friendly. Based on the first impression I had gotten on the phone I was expecting to be pleased, but after the completion of the job I was much happier with the service than I could have expected! The crew arrived on time; they were very put together, professional and accommodating. I showed them where everything was, and I was VERY impressed with how fast they had it all loaded up. They got the bigger pieces out of the bedrooms and were very careful not to scratch or bump anything. I was truly blown away when I realized that these guys had actually swept up the garage and re-arranged anything they had to move to pick up the junk! I have used Junkbusters many times since that first experience and have yet to be disappointed. While my first job was a pretty big one, I have called them several times after I had just cleaned a few closets because it is so much easier (and well worth the money) to have them take it off my hands. It also gives me piece of mind knowing that my old clothes and furniture are being donated. I HIGHLY recommend these guys! I have gotten a call every time I have used them thanking me for my business (sometimes from the Chief Junk Officer himself), and I will continue to use them often!
