These guys were fantasic! Put a 4" lift with 35" tires and some spectacular rims on my Jeep. Not only did they do all of the work to perfection but did little extras like paint the inserts on my rims to match the color of my Jeep at no additional charge. These guys even sent me text message pictures ever couple of hours so I could see the progress. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else.

I give Jeep masters 5 stars! Originally went the Juke auto to get my AC repaired. They quoted $1,000 and then another $400 if they found metal shavings in the AC system. Which was "highly likely"
Anyway I decided I didn't like what they were telling me, paid my $50 diagnostic fee got out of there and brought my car to Jeep Masters for a second opinion. Ray told me that I didn't even need a new compressor and I just need to replace the compressor clutch. Ended up saving me $1000 dollars. Very happy with Jeep Masters!

We were on our way out of town...

We were on our way out of town and our Jeep broke down with 3 kids and a whole lot of luggage. We had it towed to Jeep Masters and they had our Jeep up and running by the next morning. Thank you so much, our Jeep had been fine ever sense!

Absolutely Fabulous! I took my Toyota Rav-4 to Jeep Masters for bodywork; it came out looking like a new car! My idea of a car is put the key in it & drive. If it gets you where you are going then, by god, you are good to go. Manny was the coup de grâce when it came to working with the insurance company! Dropped the car off, was offered a rental car, got a call my car was ready; that was it. I mentioned a small problem & guess what, voila, it was fixed; it was like Christmas morning or a fantastic birthday present! Above & beyond! I went to Jeep masters for my bodywork because they have always treated my son (who owns a Jeep) with fairness & respect. This is such a talented group of people, accomplished professionals!

Kudos & thanks!

Freaking love these dudes.

Bo and Ray are all about quality, professionalism, and getting things done right the first time. A hand shake is all the contract you need, and you never have to worry about something going wrong. These guys get it done.

Ive taken my 2006 Grand Cherokee to these dudes at least 4-5 times, for everything from body work to, tire replacement, to suspension, brakes, or you name it.

Always a topnotch job and always done on or before the time you need it.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeep Masters.

If you got a Jeep, this is the only place to go.

I have owned my Jeep Cherokee for some years now and have never taken it elsewhere. These guys do top notch work at a fraction of the price you would find elsewhere. Always honest work done and time efficient too.

The guys are great. They treated me very well and I plan on using them whenever I am in town. I wish I could move them with me when I have to be out of Austin!

The estimate was only $650! Moreover, when I paid the totaled bill, the amount only came to $604, not the $650 original estimate, AND the Jeep was ready that afternoon before 6:00 PM! They only had it in the shop from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; with an hour for lunch that means they worked the diagnosis, affected repair, cleaned up, and performed a test drive, all in 7 hours! I am backing home in Houston now, and my Jeep ran very well all the way back. I would highly recommend this shop to any Jeep owner who finds they have engine issues. They are fast, honest, accurate in their work, and very fair in their pricing. For all this, I'd rate these guys 6 stars if I could, but most definitely 5 stars!

"Great front office. Great mechanics. Honest, reliable and dependable service.

We've been in Austin for a little over three years and Jeep Masters has consistently performed reliable and honest service on our almost-20-year-old Wrangler going beyond the call of duty to make sure everything goes smoothly. From transmission mounts to fuel pumps they've kept the old beast running."

"We took my wife's 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport to Jeep Masters for the first time a few months ago for an oil change and check up for recommendations to bring the Jeep up to good running condition. Bo outlined all of their recommendations and ordered them by most important priority. He took the time to give us rationale for all the repairs and this was very helpful. We found their estimates to be more than competitive after having some more emergent care done at a later time. Finally, we came back to have some of the work done on the list JeepMasters gave us. Without unecessary details, the process was a bit complicated but I just want to say that I found Bo and Ray to be two men of great integrity, and men of their word.

I don't know how long we will keep our Jeep, or if we will get another one in the future, but either way, I strongly encourage anyone with need for Jeep repairs to take it to these guys first, and last!"

The guys always do phenomenal work - and they know their stuff. If you have a jeep and are looking for an honest mechanic - you found em at jeep masters. Bo and Ray know Jeeps like the back of their hands. I would (and have many times) recommend these guys anytime you need quality work. I'd also recommend you get a jeep if you dont have one - then go to jeep masters :)

They stand behind their work: a fuel line broke after a recent fuel pump replacement and Jeep Masters paid for the tow, replaced the fuel line and had it done in less than 2 hours. And they did it all with a smile. Just like every time.

There were a few minor delays and changes to my order (none the fault of Ray or Jeep Masters) and even with those the end result was a very satisfied customer. Will I return to Jeep Masters for any further necessities or wants? Most definitely. Would I recommend them to others? In a heartbeat.

They repaired my jeep's rear end for a fraction of the cost from other places that wanted to replace the entire rear end. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who owns a jeep! I highly recommend Jeep Masters to everyone!!

I was able to get some help, and dropped the Jeep off around 10:00 AM. I called Jeep Masters at 2:00 PM, and they had already completed a very comprehensive diagnosis to determine the engine condition, specifically looking for a blown head gasket or cracked head. They described several tests I was aware of, and a couple I had not heard of before. Hearing the descriptions, I was convinced they had done what they were telling me. They did determine the overheating was caused by the radiator cap not holding pressure, as I had suspected. They found a bad throttle position sensor that was setting the check engine light; the hot coolant had gotten into the wiring and shorted out the sensor. They also found a couple of other, non-related items that I optioned to go ahead and take care of, since they had access at the time (bad ignition cables and rotor, and throttle body contamination buildup).

I traveled to Austin recently to participate in a week-long technical conference. I drove in from Houston, about 200 miles or so, on Sunday afternoon to attend a meeting that evening. My Jeep was overheating for much of the way, boiling coolant out through the overflow tank, and spraying it all over the inside of the engine compartment. I made it into Austin OK, and called my brother in law in Round Rock, north of Austin about 30 miles, and asked if he could pick-up a thermostat, a thermostat housing gasket, and a radiator cap. I left the meeting about 10:30 PM, and went to get the Jeep and go to Round Rock. I didn't make it onto the freeway before something failed in the engine emissions control system, causing the engine check light to come on and remain illuminated. My Jeep was running, but was now missing and surging in an alarming manner. I drove about 4 miles north and gave it up as a bad choice. I manged to limp back to the downtown hotel I was staying at, and parked in the hotel garage. I searched the internet for Jeep repair shops in Austin, and Jeep Masters came up as the first hit. Several other shops were listed as well, but Jeep Masters had a couple of strong points in their favor for me. Of all the other shops listed, they had the highest number of positive customer reviews, and they were located only 2 1/2 miles south of the hotel location. I called them Monday AM and spoke to Cecil, who suggested they could tow my Jeep in if it wasn't operable, but in any event to bring it on and they would take a look at it that day.

I wanted new tires, rims and a lift, so I checked around and got quotes. Out of the five places to give me a quote, Jeep Masters was not only the best deal, but the most honest of the lot. Ray took the time to explain to me that if I got more than a 2 1/2 lift, I would have to have my jeep regeared; something that the others failed to mention. There were a few minor delays and changes to my order (none the fault of Ray or Jeep Masters) and even with those the end result was a very satisfied customer. Will I return to Jeep Masters for any further necessities or wants? Most definitely. Would I recommend them to others? In a heartbeat.

Being a woman I was nervous about taking my Jeep to any one new but Jeep Masters was wonderful. I had been taken advantage of by mechanics and just didn't want the hassle again. I had been left with a huge problem by another shop and decided to take a chance on Jeep Masters. Beau and Ray went above and beyond earning my trust and treated me with respect. I still have a couple of more issues to clear up but everything they have done so far has been fabulous. I won't go anyplace else.
