arrogant sales people, supervisors never avaliable, disorganized no one seems to know what is going on, order pending for 2 weeks, finally told parts were going to ship the next day, got email with tracking information stating info sent to fedex expected ship and delivery date. delivery date came and items had not even been picked up by fedex yet. very POOR customer service. requested that the order be cancled. only supervisor who is never available can cancel orders. on calling another branch to attempt to get a supervisor. the person said "didnt the supervisor tell you not to call here again" since i had never called that branch or spoken to a supervisor i guess other people are having difficulity with this company. I would AVOID this company unless you want headaches. my order issue still remains unresolved no contact from Itech electronics and will have to contact my credit card company to deal with the issue.

It took iTechElectronics more than a month to tell me what was wrong with my iPod Touch and then they wanted to charge me more to fix it than it would cost for a new one. Wow! Watch out!

BEWARE!!! I shipped my ipod nano to them in late June to simply have the battery replaced and was quoted in the low $30 range. On July 14 my credit card was charged $57. Today is Sep. 15 I still have not received my ipod. I have spoken with the reps at least a dozen times asking for the manager. He WILL NOT call me back. They told me they shipped it UPS but got it back. Then they told me they shipped it Fed Ex, but Fed Ex has no record of the shipment, never ending saga. So today I have no ipod and they still have my $57 and I can't even get the manager to call me to resolve the problem. USE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR ON RISK!!!!!
