International Residence

I would give this place negative stars if possible. I moved into my apartment 2/20/2014. The day I moved in I noticed that the master bathroom is leaking into my dining room. Its not a slow drippy leak its a full out flood my dining room, kitchen and living room type leak. It took me a month to finally have them have a contractor come out and look at it and all he did is cut a hole in my ceiling and never return. Still the leak continues. I call everyday and am told that it will be fixed by the end of that day.. but low and behold no one ever shows up to fix it! Anywho I have decided to stop cleaning up the messes it makes as gross as it sounds. I have a 5 month old to take care of and a full time job. I cant constantly get up at 2/3/4 am to clean up a pool of water. Ive decided that if they dont care about their property neither do I. Also my AC unit does not work and the heater does not work downstairs. Its so wonderful I am so glad I picked this place to live (sarcasm). I reported it to Austin Tenants Council, and Trinity PM @ 949-399-2500. I also have my attorney reviewing my lease and looking into the situation as well. My next step will be ripoffreport, Keye on your side and Fox news
