H2o Carwash

This is my first review. I am doing this because I have given them three chances to get it right. the last time I went in was just before christmas and no they were not busy. I was leaving town with family for the coast and wanted it to be very clean and waxed. I gave the man an extra twenty to make sure it was done well. That must have been the reason it was so badly done. I live right around the corner so I walked back to pick it up. The guy I gave the extra twenty to opened the door and first thing I saw was lint all over the matt. The next thing was a piece of door molding they had knocked off and I had to hunt for where it belonged. This is an 2009 escalade that I take very good care of. Its like driving your sofa. It has always been hand washed and usually by me. Ok In am in a hurry and leave and when I drive off and get in different light I noticed all the bug guts on the windshield. I get home and look at the rest of the job. I had to get window cleaner to clean off the greasy wheel covers. That took two hand towels to get them clean. They waxed over the bug guts on the front end and mirrors for me. They scratched the plastic cover of the clock which I had to replace. I had asked them to please not leave the running boards and tires so greasy so I wouldnt have to wipe them down myself. Well after spending 120.00 dollars I still had to go and redo so much. What the heck did I pay these guys for. Worst auto detailing I have ever had. I would not go back even for free. If you want it done well go to Perfection auto detailing on south first st. Check out that guys reviews and receive first class service. My brother found this guy after he bought a new pickup and wanted it detailed and I told him not to go to H20.

If you want the outside of your car cleaned just go down the street and do it yourself at the coin wash. If you want the inside vaccumed and lightly detailed go here if you are willing to pay. All I can say is that as I was speaking with the man about what service I want, he told me for the executive they would remove all these stains and pointed at a coke stain on my speaker and remove the grout from the cracks and pointed toward the door... The lobby was really nice comfortable chairs, wifi, tv. They were done with my car... I looked right at the remaining coke stain on my speaker and grout in my door. Drove off without tipping and decided I was never again going to pay someone to wash my car.
