We bought a DRHorton home in New Braunfels, Villas of Manor Creek in November last year. We spent the winter designing a pool to put in this spring so we could swim all summer. We submitted an architectural review request on March 20th. It has now been 80 days and we still do not have approval. I have emailed, called, etc well over 25 times in the last 12 weeks and have been responded to about 10 times, always with some sort of delay response. I have called customer service. It has even been elevated to a manager/Vice President of the company. If you work for this company and can help me resolve this issue, Ryan Gold and Mitch Krauss should know how to get in touch with me.

We live in a community that was started in 2008 and we moved here in Feb. 2009, GOODWIN has done nothing but sent bills. We don't have a board, we have no idea how to start one and they are charging way too much to have the front of our community's yard mowed!!! No one responded to us until last month, only because we hadn't payed our dues for this year, and now we find out that our developer has pulled out, we're not getting any amenities, and Goodwin will not provide us with our accounting for the past 3 years!!! We want to know where our money is going!!!! NO COMMUNICATION is not good, so we're going to try our best to get rid of Goodwin!!!

Unprofessional. They do not return calls or provide an option to speak with a human being. My bank representative and I have been leaving messages for over a week with detailed instructions on what we need and where to contact us with NO response. Do not use this company if you ever plan on speaking with a human being.

This is a horrible company, very dishonest. They refuse to earn the money they collect for HOA management services. Instead they only want to blame others when the job is not being done. Beware.....do not hire this company unless you just want to waste your money. They are totally unprofessional, extremely confrontational, and completely disrespectful to homeowners. Do not be fooled by the fake gleaming posts with 5 stars up front. Go to other sites and read all the displeasure that most have with them.
