Fred Loya Insurance

I've been trying to get an answer about a refund from Fred Loya for almost two weeks. Nobody returns calls with the exception of one mobile agent. But it didn't matter if she answered her phone or not because she never had an answer for me. The supervisor of the mobile agents (Natalie Smith) has no business being a manager. She is not reliable and she's very inconsiderate. I know that she wouldn't be so passive about this matter if it were her $150.00 missing. Long story short...do not, do not, do not get insurance from Fred Loya!!! Especially through the mobile agent insurance department!
