I purchased a vehicle from this company and it took them 9 months to get me the title and reg. I had to file a complaint with the Motor vehilce division. all they did was give me the run around and each few months i had to go and get a paper plate, recently i changed insurance companies and the dealership did not get a copy of the insurance card but they never called to tell me that so they came and took the car back. of course i was very close to paying it off. i felt as i stole the car from them..

My husband and I had heard good thing about Five Star Auto Group from our friends, who had bought a car there just six months prior. Everything they told us came true and more. We bought a 2002 Jeep Liberty with about 80,000 miles on it in November of 2011; the only money we have had to put in to it was four brand new tiers the ones on the jeep were still good. Just not the brand my husband wanted, in fact they were so good we got a discount for the tires that were on the car. Buying the car was very low presser in fact it felt like we were talking to family. Financing was as smooth as can be and fast too thinks no credit check. We loved our experience with Five Star Auto Group so much that we just bought another car from them. A 2001 VW Caribo with only 54,000 on it, Can’t wait to have fun in it.
