I would give 0 stars, but I had to give at least 1.
It takes legal knowledge to file any bankruptcy proceeding, but if you can do it, save your $2500 and file on your own. The reason that I say this is because after your initial visit where you pay him $2500, it will be the last time that you see Ray until the day of your US Trustee hearing. On the day of my hearing, Ray was late, and I had to be bumped out of order to wait until he bothered to show up.
Your bankruptcy will proceed only due to your own diligence and hounding his swamped, overworked legal secretary. You will be on your own to provide them with documents needed, and if your documents and papers aren't readily available and already organized, you will struggle to get your bankruptcy filed if you are under any time crunch such as I was within the six-month look back period.
During a bankruptcy, you need a lot of counseling and direction and guidance. You will get the one chance to meet with Ray when he needs you to come in so that he can get your $2500. After that, your e-mails will not be answered, your voicemails will go unanswered, and all you can do to get help from them is to show up at their office and demand be seen. You will be left in the dark and it will be up to you to move the bankruptcy along by showing up at their office to ask questions, which is highly impractical and inconvenient, but is your only option.
After the bankruptcy is discharged, if you have further questions, do not expect to get any response from Ray Fisher. I e-mailed a question regarding how creditors should be reporting possessions reaffirmed during the BK, and the legal secretary responded after several weeks, but Ray never bothered to respond even after she asked him to directly in her e-mail.
I don't know how difficult/easy it is to file your own bankruptcy, but having been through one, I would say it is definitely worth attempting. I do not know that all attorneys are like Ray Fisher, but if they are, you are better off keeping your $2500 and roughing it on your own.

Mr. Fisher has represented me for the past 3 years. My case is dificult, yet Mr. Fisher has pursued resolution in a totally professional manner. Mr. Fisher does not resort to unetical tactics but allows the law to work as it should. Anyone Mr. Fisher has a client is fortunate. Attorneys such as Mr. Fisher are becoming unique, not so much as to his skill set, but for the personal attention he provides to each case.
