Enchanted Florist

Enchanted florist was very helpful and put together a great arrangement. Plus they are right in the middle of town between the UT campus and dowtown.

The total for my order I had called in to have sent to my wife was about $65. When it arrived at her work it consisted of 2 roses and 4 carnations. It was the smallest arrangement I have ever seen (unless compared to a $15 arrangement) that looked like it was set in a cheap mason jar. When I called to give them the chance to rectify, they simply explained that's the way it is - they will do nothing.



I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. If they would have done something like a minor discount or maybe another small arrangement I would have been happy. Obviously, you take what they want to give you with no right to be disappointed.

I received an arrangement from The Enchanted florist for my birthday and it was incredible, I felt so special. It was really tall and modern looking with bright colors.

I ordered flowers and balloons 11 days in advance to be delivered to my wife at work for Valentines. The day they were delivered my red roses and pink lilies had turned to white carnations and purple daisies and there were no balloons. The managers fix for this was to have my wife drive across Austin after work to exchange them or have them delivered another day,,, Guess if they mess up you go to the back of the line.

I have received flowers from them and let me tell you no other florist could a flower to them ...the most beautfil flowers that last and the nicest people to talk too!
