        Overall

        I have been an employee here for several years. Every day is busy and holds new challenges for me. The work here is very fulfilling, in that you are actively assisting individuals to achieve a better quality of life. I have found the owner and the management team to be supportive, caring and considerate in all aspects. I would highly recommend Empowerment Options as a place of employment.

        Not respected as a nurse in the Conroe office. This company did not treat me with respect. I worked for them as a contract RN and they have not paid me for my work. They fired me for insisting I be paid for hours already work.I would advise nurses to be cautious when dealing with this company. There is a second RN also fighting this company for backed wages. The patients at the company are extremely wonderful and I loved the nursing care I did, it was a shame management had to act the way they did.
