E D Auto Upholstery

I went to Rick to do the headliner in my car, and was pleased with his work. The work was done in a timely manner, and the price was right. My uncle recommended Rick at ED Auto Upholstery, and I will be sure to go back when I need work done.

I took a set of BMW door panels to him to have the insets re-upholstered. I supplied the OEM leatherette, and he said it would be no problem to re-upholster these. He did however get it done in the time he told me, but the results were completely disgusting that I could not even put them back on to my car.Be very cautious of this business. He will promise he can do a good job, but will actually turn out very poor results. Even after he the upholstery job is done, and he knows it does not come out right he will charge you. I paid in full and sent him a letter saying that he needs to refund me half the price, as it is 1/2 my fault for believing in him, and giving him 2 door panels instead of 1 and verifying the results, and it is 1/2 his fault, because when he realized after the first door panel he could not do right he should have stopped and called me. Instead he destroyed both door panels, including cuts into the existing leather portion of the door panel that was good.
