worst company to deal with. Overpriced, poor service, substandard quality of product and horrible customer service. They are laughable except their price gouging and deceptive trade practices makes you want to cry. Stay away! We got burned bad and John Dyezz cared less that his company failed to produce what we paid for. He had our money and refused to give it back or live up to the promises his team made to earn that money. Awful, a big rip off of thousands of dollars for product and service that doesn't work. Look else where and protect your home as well as your finances by shopping elsewhere.

Awesome deal ! Can't believe i found a local Austin company with NO Contract !? I called around and every one wanted you to sign there contracts but Dyezz has no contact month to month billing for only $ 14.95 a month! I'm having them go set up my mother's house this weekend ! And they were out the very next day of me calling, what else needs to be said .....

I was really impressed with how quickly I was taken care of and the level of education I received from the tech who installed my security system. I also liked the low price and the fact that we did not get sucked into a contract as we have had bad experiences in the past. Overall we have had a great experience so far.
