Day Mobile Massage

I am the Bride referenced in the below review. We had 4 scheduled appointments....the original on the day of my wedding, and 3 more to make up for not bothering to show up for the pre-wedding massage. 3 no shows and 1 reschedule...all on them. I made myself available to every appointment, never rescheduled. I can't believe they are actually in business with a work ethic like this. Please don't use this company....you will be sorry....just like I am!

I booked a massage for my friend Shelly's wedding day. That was one of my wedding presents to her. I even confirmed the appointment. NO SHOW! Jessica apologized and said she will comp an hour massage for the bride at her home. I told her I would pay for an extra half hour and to call me for payment. I never got a call and checked with Shelly and Jessica canceled and rescheduled for the following week. NO SHOW AGAIN! Next day she sent me a text that she was in jail (Seriously, I have the text) and again apologized profusely and rescheduled again and guess what? NO SHOW YET AGAIN!!!!! If you want an unprofessional business owner that may or may not show up, then by all means use this business. If you are planning a gift for an important event, I suggest you look elsewhere.
