As good a trainer as you can get. Daniel Steele knows a great deal about our movements, muscles and the excercises to develop and facilitate motion. He is also interesting, fun, smart and respectful. Every workout is surprising, he comes up with new stuff all the time, and tailors a complicated workout program to your specific needs and abilities. He is a good judge of what you can do and I have learned to trust him, if he says I can do it, I believe I can do it and won't get hurt. Every workout is a real workout. He pushes me, but nicely. Also, he is knowledgeable about us older folks and does not have that arrogance of youth that thinks older bodies are not worth bothering about. In fact, I think Dan appreciates the challenge that comes with training an older body, with the joint problems, and with undoing years of uneven muscle use. I recommend Dan wholeheartedly to anyone who is serious about movement, strength, balance and stability, weight control and endurance.

Dan is very professional and approaches workouts with creativity and purpose. He has been successful navigating issues such as vertigo and various injuries so I can continue to train. He is very positive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dan whether you are a beginner or experienced with training.

I have been working with Dan Steele for over a year now and one thing I can say about him is that he really cares about what your goals are and what you can do, not just the latest greatest thing and what everyone thinks is cool. Not to say that he doesn't have me try new things or keep things fresh, it's that he keeps things challenging and puts in new things while always keeping you moving towards your goal, whether that be weight loss, maintaining, or gaining strength (which I've worked towards all these goals at one time or another). I really enjoy working with Dan and love that he is always looking for new things to try that really fit into what I can do and, more importantly, what he thinks I can do while always being motivating and positive. On top of all that, Dan is responsive to being flexible with what you are doing and maintains good communication about what is going on, including scheduling and goals. I highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to get in shape or stay in shape.

I had always thought as someone who "worked out" and ate relatively well, that I was a healthy person. But about a year ago when I first started training with Dan Steele I learned a whole new way to look at health and fitness. My eyes were completely opened to a new way of living. I began to change my eating habits and the way I worked out, all while training with Dan. I began to feel better, to have more energy, more self-confidence, and to even think more clearly. So much of how I live today, is because this man gave me the tools to get there. I will always train with Dan Steele.

" I don't need a Trainer! " is what I said. I was wrong. Take the chance and just try one session! Whether you just want to get in shape or be in competition. Dan Steele was referred to me by a friend who was already having a great experience and promised I would like his style of training. I was skeptical but she was right. Dan Steele is a professional and knows how to make it challenging but never boring. Changing up the work outs Dan make's it interesting and helpful to achieve your goals. When you have a bout with blood clots and some heart issues and need to improve your physical well being a trainer is the right choice. I loved the fact that Dan showed me how to reach my goals and how to strengthen my core. My posture got better, I was healthier, and my overall well being improved! I looked forward to my training sessions. I've been taught it's not about the " WHAT" but about the " WHO". Dan Steele is the " WHO" that knows the " WHAT" when it comes to training. Dan knows just when you have had enough but you are still improving and want to come back for more. There is nothing better than a referral. I am referring Dan Steele! Have a great work out, a healthy experience and enjoy doing it!

Dan Steele is a fantastic trainer, and I would recommend his work to anyone looking for a great workout with a great person. I have been training with Dan for almost 2 years now, and we have never done the same workout twice. He has helped me immensely with not only my fitness and strength but also improving my horrible posture and balance. Dan is extremely knowledgeable about his craft, and he is always continuing to learn and improve his training skills. Not only is Dan an excellent trainer, he is also fun and motivating to be around. I truly enjoy my training experience every week even though the workout is always very challenging and pushes me to my limit. You will not regret training with Dan!

Two years ago I decided that I had to get more fit and lose a little weight. I had never belonged to a gym but decided that I needed to hire a personal trainer to help me learn how to use the equipment and help motivate me in my quest to be more fit. Dan Steele was the trainer that I hired and the last two years have been an amazing journey to attain greater fitness. Not only did I lose some weight but over the last two years I have become really fit and strong while training. Dan's knowledge about exercise, nutrition, and his ability to motivate his clients is what makes him an outstanding trainer. He really personalizes each training session to help you reach your goals, ensure that you are pushed to your limits, and is happy to answer any questions I have about what we are doing and why. After a broken foot late last year, Dan modified my workouts so that we worked only on upper body for a month while I was in an orthopedic boot. He has carefully helped me to work through the process of getting that foot back in shape and ensure that I am not walking with a limp. My personal training experience with Dan Steele has been nothing but positive and I highly recommend him.

A picture is worth a thousand words and I wish I could upload mine. I started training with Dan Steele January of 2009 by June of 2010 I had lost 240 pounds. Through this whole journey Dan Steele has been available and supportive. It took much dedication from Dan to keep me, as I'm sure many of his clients, motivated and on track. He would not only show me which excercises to do, but as a great teacher who explained every step along the way. He explained what each excercise did and what changes were happening. He also explained what behaviors affected my muscles and what could happened.

Dan is very concienscious and it is the easiest way to health. Whether you are looking to loose weight, tone, or just plain get fit, I would recomend his services to anyone. My wife and I have been using his services and they have been successful. His care and availability makes it easy to get help along your journey.

I have tried many different ways to lose weight over the years. I have tried Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers (several times), roller skating several days a week, and after 38 years of life, I set foot into 24 Hour Fitness! My husband and I decided to get us each a trainer, and we began the process of training. My trainer has been teaching me how to live my life and be healthy while doing it. Yes, there have been downs (on the scale) and there have been ups but my trainer has always been there for me when I needed some advice or needed some motivation! He has not only shown me how to do certain exercises, but he has taught me why those exercises are important! If you train with Dan Steele, you will learn not only how to do exercises but you will learn why you need to do them.

Absolutely the Cheapest Way to Fitness

What is your time worth? How much are you willing to spend on exercise equipment? On gym memberships? On supplements? How many dead ends are you willing to pursue in how many thousands of hours? I've done it all.

I am 62 and I have been on a swim team, trained in Taekwondo, experienced street fighting, had military training in the 82nd Airborne, and membership in 4 different gyms. I have probably bought ten thousand pounds of home exercise equipment, and $10,000 of supplements. I have run thousands of miles, lifted thousands of pounds, for thousands of hours.

I had not imagined that a seriously educated approach to my fitness and long-term health goals could save so much time and money - and taking me well on my way to achieving my goals so much faster than I thought possible.

I have had major surgery six times in my life, the latest being a little over a year ago, and before that, some seriously smashed joints in an accident. I have never had my ligaments, tendons, and joints, so strengthened and so utterly pain-free as after training with Dan Steele for just two months.

His knowledge, not just in corrective exercise or performance enhancement, but in nutrition, has been more effective in less time than everything else combined! His precision approach and absolute dedication to his work has me well on my way to my multiple goals!
