How can a business that's open from 9-3 justify being shut down for 1 1/2 hours for lunch? Then after lunch there's a sign in the door saying "out for deliveries". The web site says "a staff who specializes in taking exceptional pride in the care and services of their patients". Obviously no expectation of being available to provide customer service if you can't make it during the 4 1/2 hours or less that they're there.
