If I could give zero stars I would. The previous management was wonderful, but since they hired Stephanie and the new lead maintenance technician, this complex has become terrible. The property is never clean, the pools are filthy and the staff in the office is rude and condescending. I find living here a nightmare. They "offer" a nice environment, however, I have found trash left outside of my neighbor's door, trash in the parking areas and when help is asked for, it is not provided. I was very thankful that my concerns were handled professionally and appropriately by a few of the new staff. Mike, Jen and Eddie are always friendly and willing to help! Should they leave this property, I will end my lease.
