Casa Moreno's

This place is completely overrated. The food is okay, not great, but okay. But the thing that bothered me the most is how poorly they treated one of their employees during my visit. The entire time my coworker and I were there, we overheard the staff bad mouthing our waitress behind her back. To make matters worse, the owner even joined in on the negativity as she sat down at the table next to us. We were just flabbergasted that a so called "family oriented" establishment would treat their employee in such a demeaning manner. Maybe it's because they're not related to the owner like most of the staff seem to be. I guess the family oriented part only applies to those who are actually related to them. Any good owner/manager should know that the proper way to address an issue with an employee is to pull them aside and address it privately. When instead you choose to bad mouth them behind their back in front of paying customers, you're showing us that not only do you condone such hostility in the work environment, but also that you don't care that us customers witness it. I am not willing to support any company that thinks it's okay to alienate their employees from the rest of the staff by treating them this way. They honestly don't even deserve the one star rating that I'm forced to give them in my opinion. I will never give my hard earned money to this ill run establishment ever again. I sure hope that the employee finds a new place of employment asap because their work ethic is deserving of far better treatment than that!

let me see ive been eating there since it opened great food great service down right old school restaurant if ur a big eater for breakfast try the suicide tacos its got potatoes,refried beans,eggs,bacon,and lots of cheese, wash it down with some of there awsome tea, oh and tortillas are homemade keep up the great work casa morenos
