Capitol Eye Care

I called this place on October 22,2013 at 2:15 pm because I lost my last pair of contacts. I had my last eye exam there and had not gotten my new shipment from the 800 contacts people. I had to go out and pick up a friend who was stranded and I pleaded if I could have one of the samples they give out after an eye exam and whoever answered the phone kept demanding that I had to bring a receipt of purchase from 1 800 contacts to get a free sample. I was already on the road and had to drive half blind and very slowly to pick up my stranded friend. I will never visit this place or anyone affiliated with it again.
