Auto P. I. Used Car Inspections - Mobile Service

Hi,
I saw your responses to our reviews. I have also seen your refund policy. My car broke down 40 minutes after driving it away from your mechanic. We alerted you immediately, which is certainly inside the 15 day time frame. Its been almost a month now. I have to get an entirely new engine for a car I shouldn't have bought because of you. Since my case falls in line with a non-electrical issue that could have definitely been forseen (even though you deny it), why have you not offered a refund? It's literally on your website. It is the honorable thing to do considering the case. If you aren't going to uphold that promise, the least you could do is let us tell the people of Austin the truth about you since you won't. We will continue to warn customers away from this fraudulent business for as long as we can. I have no job, I'm out school, I have all the time in the world. Hope you like spending your free time taking down reviews.

Auto PI saved me from a major lemon, a "fender bender" according to the owner was actually a major collision and the repairs had not been done correctly (car had a clean Carfax report). They went out to the location and I didn’t have to meet them out there - major help since we are taking care of our 20 day old son! They called with the results and sent a comprehensive email - no wishy-washy takes, a clear sense of whether you should buy the car or not. If you are buying a used car, you MUST get Auto PI to inspect it for peace of mind!

I hired Auto P. I. to inspect a used truck for me last week and I couldn't have been happier with their service. I called in the morning, and by early afternoon I received a phone call from the inspector giving me all the details on the vehicle, and I mean "details"... things I naturally would have expected, but many things I didn't even know to look for... mechanical, visual, operational, title... everything! Clearly, the inspector put the truck through an exhaustive list of tests and checks, and gave me feedback on what the meaning of each one was where I had questions. I was able to negotiate a better deal knowing the true condition of the vehicle. I wouldn't consider buying another vehicle without first having Auto P. I. inspect it for me.
