Neighbors let their kids trash out common areas& let them scream& run a muck

Parkings a nightmare

My car got hit there TWICE (hit & runs )

Guest limit at the pool is 2, neighbors would invite their entire family/extended family and friends every weekend so there was no chance of ever using main pool behind office on weekends

Some parents used hot tub as kiddie pool, hot tub+diapers=gross

Someone stole one of my plants

Had to repeatedly call cops on loud parties after midnight

Building five is up against a semi shipping yard where they load and unload early mormings &@ the wee hours of night so never got a good night's sleep

Apts infested w/fire ants& roaches,& pest control didn't seem to care&/or follow up

someone broke into all of mail boxes during Christmas time

Shady neighborhood, nearest HEB was terrible

They allocate water PER RESIDENT so we were paying $55+/a month for water for two people who were never home

Bottom line: not worth your time. Wasted 3 years of my life here.
