General Info

Lynne supports her clients in creating greater emotional health and balance using a holistic approach to wellness. Along with counseling, she includes wellness and lifestyle education to address clients as the whole beings that they are, body/mind/spirit.  To resolve traumatic experiences from the past or the present that interfere with life, she uses multiple methods including inner-child work, guided imagery and hypnotherapy, The Aikido of Emotion process, and EMDR.  To assist clients in having greater ease and more harmonious connections and joy in their relationships, Lynne assess their relationship dynamics, and initiates practical, successful, and enjoyable solutions that make a difference.
