Eusebio Alvarez was the technician that cam to our house. He was very courteous and thorough in making sure that our pest control needs were met both inside and outside.

Theodore Harris of Aptive came bright and early to spray and put down traps. Once he set the traps it didn’t take long for a small snake to find its way into my garage and it slithered right into it! These traps are very effective and I am pleased with the service!

I signed up with service from Aptive to control ants and some other random bugs at my house. Dave Garcia did a great job coordinating the initial service - he was very friendly and professional. So far I'm satisfied and will continue to use Aptive. :)

Tevin arrived late morning, came to the door, explained what he was going to do, asked about any insect problems, and then treated the yard and exterior of the house. When he was done, he closed all the gates and left a note on the door about what was completed. All done in 30 minutes.

Timothy Sheppard did a good job. He was courteous and well-manner. We have no issue with his services. He left Allure trap for our indoor use when I mentioned seeing small insect at time.

Insect knowledge is not their thing. I found a bug and snapped a pic of it and emailed it to them (we were current customers) asking them what it was. They told me it was a tick. Well it was a bed bug. So weeks went by without me knowing we had bed bugs and by the time I figured it out on my own, we had an infestation that wound up costing us ALOT of money to take care of. By ANOTHER company mind you. Aptive doesn’t even exterminate for bed bugs. As well, back when I was told it was a tick they expressed that they also don’t treat for ticks either. Yet when I called to cancel my service the receptionist told me they do treat for ticks.

Malcom Tripp did a great job. He was kind, easy going, and had great communication. I am very happy with Aptive services. I hope he stays with the company and becomes a manager because he is a great person to work with. Thank you!

Had no issues, did what he was supposed to do in timely fashion, very informative and respectful. I recommend Deray.

Very bad company, sales guys, are very pushy and unprofessional. Knocked my house excessively loud. Wouldn't take no for an answer. They kept lurking thru peoples yards. Threatened to call cops. Those flyer boys didnt seem to care.
Would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!

Timothy Sheppard was right on time for my service and very courteous throughout. Was very knowledgeable and professional in answering any of my concerns, and did a great job of removing wasp nests and spider weds around the house. Couldn't have been happier with my service.

Jeremiah was very helpful and handled all our requests at the last minute. They set up a call ahead so we could make sure someone was home so he could spray inside the house. We have been very happy with Aptive!

Andrew did an outstanding job, the wife and I have been contemplating canceling our contract with your company. My wife has never been happy with the past service technicians as they hurried through their tasks. As we observed a technician that cared to perform his job well, she indicated that the past technicians did not take the care as Andrew demonstrated. We will continue to be a customer, if this is the care that we can expect in the future. Please in August when our next service is due have Andrew return as we would like to show our appreciation for a job well done.
