Allsafe Storage

I'm not sure how they can do this without a certified letter, or some very agressive phonecalling, but perhaps they make a lot more money auctioning off your stuff if you get behind on the payment. I went by today to get some stuff from my unit, expecting to get caught up on my two months rent and there was a car parked in my open unit. They sold all of my stuff for $320 in fees. And I had thousands of dollars of music gear and all of my furniture and most of my clothes. BAD EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY.

I wrote a review about this place in Feb. 2011. Mr. Randall was the on site manager and he was excellent. Always concerned with customers. That's not the case anymore. My vechicle was damaged by the automatic gate on the frontage road. It closed on my truck while I was waiting for traffic on the I-35 So. frontage road. The gate has no safety features to prevent it from closing if it's blocked and there's no bumper on the leading edge of the gate. The steel gate plowed into my truck and damaged it but the AllSafe management refuses to talk to me about it or improve the safety/security issue at its main gate.
