Do not waste your time! I called their office prior to making appointments to confirm that they excepted our insurance and after giving all of our personal information I was told they would get back with me. Two days later I called them to see if they had researched it and what the verdict was; they had concluded that yes they did accept it so we made appointments for my husband and daughter. After seeing the doctor for the consult, we were told they would send us an e-mail with the breakdown of all services needed and the pricing. Keep in mind I set the first appointments up for what I thought was to get their teeth cleaned, I was never instructed that this first visit would not include anything except ex rays and a consult. Again two days later no scope of services had been sent to us so I called them asking for the breakdown to be sent. They emailed it over the next day. After reviewing it we called to make our appointments to get the ball rolling on the extensive list of issues that needed to be addressed . When I contacted them to set up the appointments I requested that only a regular cleaning be done in place of the deep cleaning that they recommended for my husband. They politely informed me that they would not do any work on him unless they completed the deep cleaning first. She said he needed a deep cleaning and it would be malpractice if they didn't do the deep cleaning. Needless to say we felt like we were being strong armed into doing the more expensive cleaning and felt as a patient my husband should have the right to choose, nevertheless, we agreed and set the appointments for he and our daughter. Two days before the appointments I call to confirm the times and I'm told that there may be a problem that it is possible that they no longer accept our insurance. Blue Cross Blue Shield ! So that pretty much took the cake. After explaining to my husband the situation, he at that point wanted to be done with them and requested I cancel the appointments even if they determined they did accept our insurance. So I called to cancel and the girl at the desk informed me then that they no longer were accepting the insurance. The appointments were cancelled and we have since scheduled with another dentist, now the problem is that a good chunk of our yearly dental allowance has been absorbed on this 'consult' that was a useless waste of our time. I would never recommend this place. The website appears to cater to children although back in the examining rooms there was not one picture on any of the walls, it was kind of creepy actually. Nothing about the place except for the Disney movie playing on the flat screen in the waiting room was child friendly.
