No recommended to any one I swear to god this is the worst appliance and . the warranty 13 month it’s a big lay. They want you to pay for the part that is their warranty . and you will end up with replacing the whole inside parts . because their products all are junk . and their maintains they don’t know what they doing . they just wasting your time they show up and look at the part then they ask you to schedule another day for the parts . and there is 2 weeks between scheduled and other . I mean I waste my money there and don want anyone to do that . please don’t be fool like me . the most thing i regret in my live Is I bought from there washer & dryer .

BUYER BEWARE - BAIT & SWITCH!! DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL, WILL BLATANLY SCREW YOU OVER



I went here because the appliances are on display for me to hand pick the items that I want. I picked out a washer and dryer in good condition in the middle price range, I also opted to pay extra for new hoses as opposed to used ones. Tina (the manager?) assured us that all of their appliances go through a rigorous final inspection before being delivered to the customer. The inspection was to include a full test of functionality and a thorough cleaning. She also said that upon delivery, the delivery guys would go over a checklist with me to make sure everything was to my "utmost satisfaction and that [I] would be ready to do laundry when they left [my] home." Sounds great, make the purchase and wait for delivery.



Upon delivery the guys dented my walls and left greasy handprints all over my apartment. The washer they brought was so destroyed that the inside parts started falling out and they rushed it back down to the truck. They did not bring new hoses. They brought a dryer that was damaged, dirty and when it was turned on smelled like it was on fire - but they refused to take it. I called Tina again and she made the same guarantee as previously mentioned for delivery the next day. The delivery was scheduled for 4:30 PM when I WAS HOME FROM WORK but they tried to come by at 1 PM. I called and asked her to reschedule like we originally planned and Tina started yelling at me before proceeding to hang up the phone.



ALL IN ALL - I do NOT have a washing machine, I do NOT have a new water hose, I do NOT have a new vent hose, and I do NOT have a dryer that is undamaged, clean, functioning and non-hazardous. I cannot get Affordable Appliances to respond to my calls or letters to come and get the dryer, issue me a refund or make the situation right. So I'm out hundreds of dollars, hundreds of dollars of merchandise and have no way to get rid of this useless dryer.

WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I have never in all my life had such a bad customer experience!

My partner and I recently purchased a Washer and Dryer set from Affordable Appliances for $475. They scheduled the delivery for the following Friday. The lady who we spoke with said that they were going to clean the appliances before they brought them to us. Needless to say they did not, it still had the dirt inside the appliances and the lint filter was disgusting.

After the installers left my apartment on Friday I was finally happy to be able to wash my cloths, but then the washer started leaking water on the first load!! My partner called back within an hour and they informed him that they had someone available to come fix them on Monday! I was highly upset that they couldn’t come back to fix them the same day.

Well Monday came, they never did!!My partner asked them on Tuesday to have someone come in and look at them; they informed him that they wouldn’t be able to till Wednesday. I decided to call to confirm the appointment, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude, he answered “I just spoke with you and told you that we will come on Wednesday!” I informed him that he spoke with my partner and I just called to double check the appointment, seeing as they forgot the previous one. The worker yelled at me and informed me that he only can deal with one person, which is completely stupid, as we are both on the order. He then claimed that I was being rude and threatened to reschedule my service for another date as punishment!! What kind of place threatens their customer like that?

To conclude this business has the worst service, it is locally owned so no luck in having the worker replaced. Also I don’t think they even make sure their appliances work before selling them.
