A1 Tires

My mom and i have always been Cosutumer here for years and have never had a problem. Buffalo has always helped us out all these years changing anything we need on the tires. Weve always received great customer service here, its very affordable and they give you a 30 day warranty for $5 more on each tire. Very fast and friendly service. I loved how well Brenda and Lolo explain all my options and answer any of my concerns, there staff is great and they always go above and beyond my expectation.

I came to A1 tires in my time of need. I was running late to a interview. My spare was flat and I had limited funds. They worked with me. Had me on the road in 10 min. Staff was nice and understanding I will be doing buisness again with them in the future.

I went looking for a few tires for my Nissan, and they had them available. I wasn't able to make it because my tire blew out on the side of the highway. Luckly they had repair truck so they drove to my vehicle and replaced my tire with no problem. They did a phenominal job and I would recommend them highly. Great Job!!!!!

I needed to replace a couple of tires on my pickup and decided to try A-1 Tires. The gentleman pulled a couple of used tires from the back and mounted and balanced them. The next morning one of the new tires was low on air. For the next few days I had to add air to that tire and at the same time the other tire also started loosing air. I took a close look at both the tires and found that one had a huge bubble on the inside part of the tire, and the other tire had a huge gouge in it right where the tire meets the rim. I returned to A-1 and after close scrutiny of my receipt, the guy told me that these were not his tires. I argued with him a bit and he ended up calling the person I purchased them from and confirmed that they were the tires I purchased. He told me that they must have accidentally pulled some trash tires and used those. He didn't have replacements in stock so he told me to return in a couple of days and he would find some more tires. I returned as promised but he had not found replacements. This went on for some 3 weeks and 8 trips up to A-1 and several phone calls.. Finally they found one tire and replaced it. Once again they told me to return in a few days. My last trip to A-1 they said they found a tire. They mounted it and it had a huge slice in it and they had to pull it back off and put my bad tire back on. I had enough. I had spent hours trying to get them to replace the trash they mounted on my truck and I wasn't about to spent another minute with these guys. Plus, I went out this morning and the remaining trash tire was completely flat. So, I went to Leal's tires today. He had a whole stack of tires in my size in almost new condition and for the same price as the trash tires A-0 sold me. Why can I find a tire that fits my truck but someone in the business can't? I will never use A-! again. I would rather they be honest and tell me they don't have tires in my size than to mount defective trash tires on my vehicle and cause me hours worth of hassle. I really believe they owe me a refund for this tire but they have a no cash refund, exchange only policy. So I truly feel that they have blatantly ripped me off.
