This was the rudest attorney and staff EVER! I hired him to represent me and get me bonded out of jail. I decided not to use him and requested a refund of the retainer that I had paid. They gave me the runaround about mailing me a check instead of applying it back to the credit card that I paid with which is what they should've done. They insisted on mailing a check. The lady in the office, Maria can't spell. I gave her my address 4 times. After calling for 10 days when I didn't receive the refund (each time they were very rude!) they said that it had been returned for an incorrect address back to them! The attorney got on the line and was incredibly rude and said that the case was a JUNK case to him anyway! How would that make a client feel to know that that was how he considered their case and problem? I asked them to overnite the check since it was THEIR fault and they refused stating that they would mail it again! UNBELIEVABLE...I would never use them to represent me!
