Resurgens Spine Center - Austell

I have been blessed to know many fine doctors and often write reviews/letters of praise, however, this will not be the case in regards to my experience with Resurgens Orthopaedics in Austell, GA. This doctor, Dr. Daftari, was cold insensitive. My husband and I, quite frankly, were somewhat shocked by his coldness. I know that some doctors don't possess a "bedside manner"...but I wasn't asking for dinner and a show..but an ounce of human compassion would have gone a long way. I have a chronic spinal issue and have met with many doctors--this one was by far, the worst from a standpoint of showing any concern for my suffering. I had sent my records to the office and requested that they not waste my time if they could not help me, as I was in significant pain and sleep-deprived due to my level of discomfort. Not only did they waste my time, but this doctor reduced me to tears. He may in fact be a fine surgeon, but gets low marks from me on the "humanity scale".
