When I bought my furniture it was agreed upon that I would get a Friday delivery date. Then when I call last week when I talked to the store, i reminded them of the Friday delivery when my furniture was completed. She told me no problem, we will deliver on a Friday. Now the people want to make the delivery today Wednesday. They couldn't deliver Friday for whatever reason. What part don't you people understand. You spend $4000. with Thomasville and they don't hold up to their end of the bargin. I do not take off work for anything other than an emergency and this by no mearns is an emergency. . Unacceptable. When I try to contact the store they are not open on Wednesday. Unacceptable. They don't even have a phone number on the store receipt. If I knew this would happen, I would have went with another company. I would not recommend this company because of failing to hold up their end of the bargin. I am refusing today's delivery and they can deliver on Friday as agreed upon.
