I got charged about $80 to go to CVG and I don't even live an hour away from it. The ride was late to get me, at least I requested it hours before my flight, otherwise I might had been pulling my hair out. The driver was friendly but her car smelled like so much cigarette and she had the heater on, when it wasn't on, there was no a/c on so I was dizzy for most of the ride. My impression when I first got in the car was that I was about to get myself kidnapped instead of taken safely to the airport. I would rather ask someone else for a ride than to pay almost $100 for this service unless it is absolutely a huge emergency, because it is very convenient that they do work 24/7. They just need some improvements. The lady that answers the phone when making a reservation is pretty nice btw.

I was ran off the road by one of this ladies drivers Melvin is the company owner the one who put the initial review on here saying she was a client and has used them before. This woman was told about her employee by numerous people and how unprofessional she was told me that she let this employee go for "unsafe driving practices" since the employee felt she had done nothing wrong by running me and my family including my five year old daughter off the road. I gave er a chance to correct the problem then less than a week later she hired this lady back after knowing that she has had a serious drug problem and other have told her about this lady's unprofessionalism and unsafe driving practices. I would never use this company for the mere fact that they have employees working for them that obviously do not care about being safe on the roads nor does she care about the innocent lives on the road either knowing that most likely this employee has a drug problem a very serious one. This woman came into my lane with no turn signal and nearly side swiped me with my daughter in the vehicle on her side when I honked because it startled me knowing my child is in the back seat this lady honked at me screamed fuck you bitch like I did something wrong. I got home called the number on the side of her car she answered I asked to speak with the supervisor was told she was the supervisor bitch then she hung up
On me. I called back it was her again when I asked her the supervisors name above her she said Melvin and told me to fuck off so I eventually by way of social media tracked this Melvin down whom
Is the first one on here giving a fake review she stated she would speak to this employee I told her that wasn't good enough this woman was on her phone not paying attention not using proper turn signals and could've seriously injured or killed my baby. The next day she emailed me and stated that lots of people had not so nice things to say about her employee so she let her go.

Driver ran friend off the road then blamed this person by saying " It was clearly the other drivers decision to run off the road when she decided not to let me in". Do not feel safe with this driver on the road!

They are very nice people have very clean cars and vans took us to the cvg airport from the Double Tree Motel in Lawrenceburg In. and was very prompt and friendly If you need a cab around Lawrenceburg Indiana these are the people I would call
