Griggs Taxi Limo

First, I'd like to start on a positive note. The bus is clean, unique, designed for fun, and fits large parties. Shawn got us safely from point A to point B. He also agreed to take a few remaining passengers to their hotel which was on his way, but was not pre-arranged so that was nice of him. I also appreciate that he called the day of to confirm plans had not changed which allowed me to know he was also confirmed. Payments were easy to complete. Shawn showed up on time and his normal rates are very reasonable. This is the extent of my positive review.

Second, the negatives greatly outweighed all of the positives above which is why my overall rating is so low. Shawn was the only vendor my wedding attendees had a problem with the whole day. Alternately, no vendors noted any complaints after the reception. They've all since received glowing recommendations from me regarding their services. I note this because I want to be clear that I don't just post negative reviews. The biggest issue is that Griggs Limo Bus is promoted as a "Party Bus", but Shawn did not appear ready to handle "Party People". I believe that if you're going to be in the business of transporting people late at night who want to have fun, listen to music, dance, drink, ETC than you need to be prepared for the same, be personable, and make us feel welcome. I never once saw Shawn get out of his seat. Instead of helping to setup the speaker system, he gave us difficult instructions then got mad when we attempted to make it work. Unfortunately, there was only one type of cable cord to the speaker system which meant that many of our phones could not connect. He yelled at several individuals and was overall very passive aggressive.

Worst limo service ever! They got the wrong date for the wedding and were an hour late--which entailed the wedding party to have to drive madly to the church to get there on time! Shawn forgot the 5-gal keg of beer and was angry at the group size (even though the size was confirmed with him in the initial conversation). He made no apologies and gave us no discounts or reimbursement! Horrible service! Will never use this company again!
