Phillip Quintana, MD grew up in Grand Junction, Colorado. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and completed his residency in family medicine at the Southern Colorado Family Medicine Residency in Pueblo where he served as chief resident.

Melissa Chik, PA-C was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. She played college soccer and did her pre-med education at Lake Forest College in Illinois. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in biology, she attended the Physician Assistant Program at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She completed the intense 27 month PA program at the top of her class. Her special interests are in sports medicine, preventive care, diabetes and orthopedics. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, family and friends. She continues to play soccer every chance she gets and spends the winters snowboarding.
