Challengers Sport Bar & Restaurant

Husband and I have been coming here for date nights for years.We know Most of the servers Erica,miles and jr just to name some.However I've heard of this Jim owner.His way or no way.I have a friend that was discriminated because of being Hispanic.Despite that we kept going.But tonight I have to say,Jim made us feel racismim all over again.Hadn't experienced that since the 90's.I'm so sad and I just have no words for what Jim did.My husband went to the bathroom n stepped aside to let a child and a woman walk by and stood against the wall. the Guy's sitting with Jim told my husband to get up against the wall to let them walk by and threw in there my husband should be use to it, being against a wall.my husband came back to the table pertending he was happy and I could see the disappointment in his face.Then I look up and Jim is giving the word not to serve us and kick us out.Never again going back.I didn't want to believe it.But now that I experienced it,It changed it all.

Been is a few times and always had terrible experiences until last saturday during the Broncos game. The food is getting better and the guests are still very thug. It makes you want to watch you back... But for the first time I had good service! They were busy because of the game but Ben was on the ball! He got our drinks in a few minutes and explained that food was taking about an hour because they were so busy but he was awsome! I will definetly be going back there as long as this is a sign of a turn around with their service!

My kind of place for great food - the Buffalo Wings are simply the best, and the pizza has the thinnest crust you will find. What can I say the staff and regulars are the best. Meet & greet is the name of the game at Challengers.

Tom martino should go check up on them. I was walking to the restroom and saw a hot wing slide of the plate. I didnt think nothing about it but when the waiter looked right and left and didn't think no one saw him he just put it right back on the plate with a smile and served it with a smile. I then left my pitcher and will never ever walk back there. That is disgusting and I wanted to make this aware to my other colorado peeps.

BEWARE: If you are black or hispanic at challengers. The owner Jim called us a racial slur because he does not like hop hop playing in his jukebox. If you put money in there they will skip your track. My advice go to Legends or Americas for a good time and cheaper prices.
