HORRIBLE SERVICE /ABSENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Chris Welch came to our house to look at our air conditioner. Walked in without a hello, etc. Went outside, don't know what he did. I went out to see then he said we needed a motor. I let my dad know as he owns the house. My dad paid, an hour went by and I found out he was gone. There did not seem to be any air coming through the vents and he said it was working. I asked why he didn't let us know he was through and he said that he knocked on the door and we REFUSED to answer. We have an extremely y app dog who never knew someone was at the door. When he came back I informed him that there was air starting to come out and why he didn't explain what was going on. He said" I DO NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN ANY THINK TO YOU BECAUSE YOU DO NOT PAY THE BILL" I DON'T KNOW, BUT MAYBE THAT IS WHAT CONSIDERED CUSTOMER CASE IN KANSAS
