Rick's Paint & Body

Called today to get some information on what they offered. The woman that answered the phone did not seem smart enough to answer the questions. I was clear to me that seeking services from these folks IS a bad idea. Get some one that can think clear enough to answer the phone. No thank you!

Good staff in the front who answer the phones for the rest of the place I can't say much of good things about it the mess my car up twice the second time the owner told me that something was there that was not there also on the phone the owner ask me what is he told me he didn't care about my car because I told him I don't care how long they been in business they still messed up my paint job I don't recommend Rick's to no one I think there paint work is garbage and so is everybody who works there and their owner acts like he's all nice but he's a real prick in the first thing he open up a conversation on my phone with him before he ever met me was a cuss word and they got phone records at their shop it'll back what I say oh not to mention their mechanic zip ties stuff to so watch out when you go get your cars if you're dumb enough to take it to them I don't recommend Ricks to no one..

This is the worst paint & body shop in Augusta. I had a job done earlier this year (February) and I’m still waiting on an accessory that was supposed to be ordered a long time ago. Every time I call or stop by, I get a different excused. First they get my name/number and tell me I should get a phone call as soon as the accessory is delivered (that happened at least 3 times). I get tired of waiting so I call back (a month later) just to make them realized they can’t even find my file in their system and say I need to have the technician’s name for them to locate it. I had to go there personally for them to finally find my file (which apparently couldn't be done over the phone, even though I provided the exact same info). These people are very unprofessional and don’t care for their customers.



If I could only give them ZERO stars! Please go to Kendrick’s or somewhere else. I have been to Kendrick’s twice and had no issue.

My car was repaired by Ricks Paint and Body shop. Not only did they do an excellent job but done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

The paint looks great and you cant even tell it was done. Its like having a new car. They resprayed it to the factory color and I love my car all over again.

I brought my 323 here after a small accident that required some work on the rear bumper and taillight. When I got the car back you couldn't even tell what had happened and it really looked like factory. I tried to scrutinize the results a little but it looked great! not a speck or orange peel or nothing. The car looks perfect and the color matches perfect too.
