This was the worst dining experience I've had in my life.
To be fair the food was excellent ....when it came. The service and ambience leave something to be desired.
Our party of 6 waited to be seated 2 hours and 10 minutes on a Friday night. We were told the wait would be 90 minutes. When we were seated it took another 10-15 minutes for the server to acknowledge us.
After being seated we noticed how loud the place was. At times we had to shout across the table in order to be heard.
After we ordered, the server informed us that the kitchen was out of the Lobster and Crab Bisque that at least half our party ordered. That dish is the reaason we came into the restaurant. The management inexperience and disorganization was the likely culprit for running out of the soup of the day.
Overall, a VERY disappointing experience.
When complaints were made, the manager appeared disinterested and was only able to extend a weak "I'm sorry" while continuing to eat her own dinner.

Our favorite downtown restaurant in Auburn is Hamilton's. Awesome steaks, really good seafood and some interesting specials. Decent wine list as well. Just remember to make reservations because it's tiny.
