        Great group of people & always has what I need! My family has been purchasing chain saws, tractor supplies & weed eaters off of them for a long time.

        After paying nearly $10,000.00 for a Woods 0 turn riding mower the gasket on the tank went bad after the first mow. We replaced the part because it was a 2.00 part and not call warranty. After under 10 hours and the first payment not even made yet, the gas tank gasket leaked all the gas out of both tanks and the hydro cylinder went bad and the mower won't go forward on one side. After calling the dealer they advised that they charge $100.00 to pick up the mower. Woods don't cover the drive time. They also don't offer an extended warranty on this mower. They never offered a free rental mower for the week that they had the broken mower. Real customer service would stand behind the products that they sold and would have picked the mower up for free at least for the first repair. I nor family members will not recommend this company or Woods mowers.
