Don't Rent Here You Will Regret It!



 Crisper shelf inside the refrigerator is broken; maintenance was made aware of it in December when he replaced the garbage disposer.

 Carpet in every room is stained and has cigarette burns, and is mildewed in front of the AC due to the AC not being installed properly the first time in December the condensation pan under the AC was holding water if the AC does not have the proper slope water will fill the pan and overflow into the unit, this water also facilitates the full breeding cycle for the mosquitoes. I should have asked that the carpet be replaced prior to me taking up residence but I was staying in a Hotel at the time and took the first thing available (buying new carpet is probably against company policy for this establishment anyway).

 Graffiti in black permanent marker on bi-fold closet door in back bedroom, maintenance attempted to remove it (prior to move in) with no success.

 Florescent Lights in the kitchen need replaced or the starters are bad, any way the kitchen is dark due to the overhead lights not working properly.

 Some of the electrical outlets are so worn that the plug on the end of a cord will not stay in the electrical outlet, I tried bending the prongs out on the plugs but they still will not stay in particularly in the bedroom where I sleep and I need a fan because the air conditioner is so inadequate for the square footage of the apartment. This is very dangerous, because it causes the electrical outlet to heat up and sparks can jump across the prongs on the plug and the outlet igniting any flammable materials nearby.

 The bug man came by to spray, and I asked him if he could come back because I had just sat down to eat my lunch, I had food out in the kitchen and needed to put my dogs up. He said he would be back in 20 or 30 minutes, he never came back. Not that it matters I have spent about $60 on insecticide myself trying to get the fleas and mosquitoes under control, and it is not my dogs, I can show receipts for Front Line Plus (supposedly the best flea medicine on the market).

 Finally, contrary to the lease and I’m sorry for repeating what we have already discussed but there is a dog tied to the fence across from me at 202 that barks all night every night.
