From repairs to a full system replacement, Donovan impressed. Most recently I called on them for my own home and could not be more satisfied. I had my air conditioner and air handler replaced, a dehumidifier installed, and 3 new vents installed. Donovan's crew was exceptional in every respect. The sales person was incredibly knowledgeable in the detail operation of the equipment and was extremely patient in answering questions. The installation crew accomplished all the work in one of the most professional and timely operations I've ever seen. The cleanup was outstanding, and they were very careful throughout the house not to damage anything or create any unnecessary mess. I could not have had a better company do the work. One of the owners called me the day after the installation to ensure I was happy or if I had any complaints - I had no complaints. Donovan Hat & Air are one of the most professional, customer oriented, and expert companies I've ever worked with. I'd recommend them hands down for any heat and air work anyone might want. They are an absolute credit to the heat & air community.

Warning! Don't use this company.



We have an extended warranty for our air conditioning system. When we needed service, the company refused to repair our equipment, saying, "We don't make any money on warranty repairs." Oops, excuse me. We PREPAID $1000 for this full parts and labor extended warranty! Now that we have a broken A/C, Donovan will not perform the repairs unless we purchase a separate service contract from them. Unbelievable--DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! We called another dealer who promptly made the repairs under the manufacturer warranty.

Donovan Heat & Air were so professional with me and I received excellent service at a great price. They took the time to explain the issue and options and not once did I feel I was not in great hands. My neighbors reffered them to me and had the nicest things to say...and I totally agree.

Very pleased with the job, price, and results. Very courteous workers and sales reps. I wish you guys did plumbing too? When my a/c was out they let me borrow window units. Thanks Guys.
